Meridian Events (Bournemouth) Ltd was started in 2007 by Julie Dugan. Julie organised many events on behalf of The Youth Cancer Trust including their 10th Anniversary Ball at Compton Acres in The Italian Villa.
In August 2008 Meridian Events (Bournemouth) Ltd acquired Senior Citizens Information Service and Julie began the modernisation and redevelopment of that business, the thriving membership is known today as Meridian Friends.
Meridian Events (Bournemouth) Ltd has organised the Social Events Programme for Carers on behalf of Bournemouth Borough Council, Borough of Poole and NHS Bournemouth and Poole since November 2009.
Julie is a member of Westbourne Rotary Club and is involved in fundraising events and Publicity for the club.
